Our story

MADE Property is the partnership of Matt and Dean—two local property experts who began investing separately before joining forces. Over the years we worked together on various projects and hosted local property events. We quickly realised that, with our shared values and complementary skills, we could do more by working together. That led to the creation of MADE Property, giving local homeowners the chance to deal directly with two people they can meet in person.

Who we are

Matt – Co‑Founder
With more than a decade of hands‑on experience in construction and property management, Matt brings practical expertise and a results‑driven approach. After 13 years in the military he transitioned into construction, working his way from site supervisor to managing multi‑million‑pound contracts. His property experience includes sourcing investment deals for other investors, managing HMOs and building his own buy‑to‑let portfolio. Matt understands how to manage projects from start to finish and ensure every party benefits.

Dean – Co‑Founder
Dean’s background as an estate agent and lettings manager means he knows the property market inside out. He specialises in assessing deals and structuring transactions so that everyone involved feels confident. His deep understanding of what makes a successful sale helps ensure a smooth process for homeowners who decide to sell directly to us.
